
After arriving by boat into our protected cove, head up past the deck and hot tub to the main lodge. It’s there you’ll find Chefs Eric Olds and Kirsten Dixon preparing guest meals, utilizing fresh local and Alaskan cuisine. Fresh Alaska salmon is brought to our dock each week by neighboring fishermen and we visit nearby oyster farms. You can sportfish from our dock or go clamming on our beach and Eric and Kirsten will happily show you how to prepare your catch.
Breakfast is served at 8:00 a.m., house lunch is at 1:00 p.m. (ask for a packed lunch if you’re going on a day excursion), and dinner is at 7:00 p.m. Coffee and snacks are always available throughout the day at the coffee bar. We offer an appetizer hour at 6:00 p.m. in the main lodge with a wine tasting and cheeses that are flown in weekly from Murray’s Cheese Shop in Manhattan.
